overgrown wisteria missing refrigerator
the breakfast was nice. a short walk into the town center exists.
i was really annoyed that the suite lacked a refrigerator , especially since we had leftover cakes. it seemed odd considering how much space was in the suite. i didn't get a warning. also , the outdoor pool being out of order was a huge letdown , as that's a main reason i booked. finally , i was hoping that they'd trim the wisteria from the balcony , but it was totally overgrown and blocking the view.

coffee facilities ample space
the room was the classic double or twin room. the room was clean and had tea and coffee facilities. i found plentiful space inside and out.
i did ask for milk for the hot drinks. a receptionist told me she would sent some up and i waited long.

great storage breakfast order fine grounds lunch issue slow bill payment difficulty
My room had great storage in the bedrooms. The deep bath was also a nice touch. The grounds are fine. Breakfast was great because you can order whatever you like.
The lunch was a let down. Our starters, mains, and desserts were all brought out in one go! I waited for 25 mins to pay the bill, but I gave up. I tried to question it, but I was told it was correct.
